Welcome to Modelligent Solutions, your integrated provider for financial modelling, data analysis/visualization and strategic finance consultancy needs. Founded by Brian Corcoran in 2023, our mission is to fulfill the needs of our clients in an efficient manner while always focussing on the quality of our deliverables and the clarity of our advice. The firm was conceived as a means to leverage Mr. Corcoran's unique skillset, honed in C-suite adjacent roles in commercial real estate investment/development with Hines Ireland and Hibernia REIT plc (now Hibernia Realty Group) and sharpened in his role leading KPI implementation and automation, internal revenue reporting and forecasting, FP&A and strategic finance tasks directly with the CFO of Spearline (now Cyara), a successful Irish tech firm with a global presence. As implied by our name, intelligent financial modelling is at the heart of what we do no matter the project - Modelligent's approach revolves around applying the same clear logic and clean design required for best-in-class modelling to each client project we are presented with.
